Return & Exchange Policy

Ready-made Home Accessories may be returned or exchanged within 14 days from the date of receipt, provided that:

Maison88 pieces are custom-made to order, cancellations, returns, or exchanges are not accepted once production has begun.

If a verified manufacturing defect is found, Maison88 will repair or replace the item at no additional cost to the customer after inspection and approval by our team.

Exception – Ready-Made Home Accessories:

* The return or exchange is completed through the Maison88 showroom only.
* The item is in its original, unused condition.
* The original packaging, including the box and all accessories, is intact and complete.
* Proof of purchase (invoice or order number) is provided.

Maison88 reserves the right to refuse any return or exchange request that does not meet the above conditions.
